Pregnant influencer Tammy Hembrow has left fans gushing with her latest Instagram post.
The Australian model is becoming a mum for the third time after she announced her pregnancy in December.
She revealed how she was planning a “natural” birth when she unveiled the wonderful news to her 14.4m followers.
Since her big news, Tammy has been sharing updates to her pregnancy as fans speculated she is carrying twins.
But now with the model in her third and final trimester, things are getting very serious now.
Posting to her legion of fans, the influencer flaunted her belly as she posed in front of the mirror after a workout.

She told fans about her protein intake during her pregnancy in a post shared on Thursday.
Tammy wrote: “Let’s talk protein drinking my @womensbest blueberry cheesecake FitWhey as always.
“I find myself having SO many food aversions this pregnancy so I really struggle to keep my protein intake up.
“Protein is ESSENTIAL to build & maintain muscle & I’m trying to maintain as much as possible for after bub is born!”

It’s been no secret that the model has been keeping up with her fitness during her pregnancy.

She admitted previously: “Still managing to get my workouts in they’re pretty much the same as usual.
“The main the difference being the weights/intensity. I’m constantly listening to my body for cues on this and resting if I need.
“To my pregnant mamas you should always check with your own doctor before using any supplements.”
