Grim footage allegedly shows a PrettyLittleThing customer opening up the pink packaging only to find what she says is a live flea on the fabric.
In the clip, uploaded on TikTok by @amberogunsanya yesterday (March 8), Amber shows herself nervously opening up her clothing order.
She explains in the caption: “So I ordered a PrettyLittleThing package months ago but I was too scared to open it because of all this flea stuff I’ve been seeing.”
Amber then carefully opens up the bag and zooms in on a black dot.
The flat-looking and shiny black dot then wriggles around and Amber puts a vomit emoji in the on-screen caption.

She says: “This is a flea in my PrettyLittleThing order. At first, I didn’t even think it was a flea until it moved.”
The footage has been watched more than 1 million times and many people were horrified by Amber’s claims but others simply joked about it.
One quipped: “Buy one get one flea.”
“It is a PrettyLittleThing,” joked another user.
“I didn’t get any fleas in my packages y’all just had bad luck,” commented a third.

Someone else said the suspected flea looked “too big” and feared it could be another undesirable critter like a bed bug.
Other people suggested washing all clothes when you buy them, from any brand, to reduce the risk.
In the comments, Amber added the experience was “stressful” and “upsetting” and she had to deep clean her home as a precaution because she has a pet dog.
She said she didn’t expect there to be any bugs in her order but filmed just in case as evidence.
Daily Star has contacted PrettyLittleThing for comment.
