PwC has announced the appointment of Isabelle Jenkins as its new leader for Financial Services UK.
Having been a partner with the firm for 17 years, Jenkins has also been interim CIO at Lehman Brothers International Europe after its administration, a role which she held for five years.
Jenkins also led on the development of thought leadership for the GFMA (Global Financial Markets Association) and for AFME (Association for Financial Markets in Europe) on the future of investment banking.
She said: “I’m delighted to have been appointed as leader of Financial Services for the UK practice and having been a member of the senior leadership team for many years.
“I’m well aware of how impactful my colleagues are, so very much look forward to working with my colleagues to help our clients navigate the current environment.”
Jenkins added: “There is the potential that the next 12 months may again prove challenging, however I am reassured that the strong foundations the financial services sector laid down in 2020 will continue to support the economy at this time.”
