Madhavan: A star cadet in NCC
Madhavan was a highly active member of the NCC during his youth. His performance stood out, and he went on to become Maharashtra’s Best NCC Cadet. He began conducting workshops on personality development and became a public speaking trainer. In 1992, he represented India at the Young Businessmen Conference in Tokyo, showing that he had many talents beyond the NCC and the Army. This phase helped him gain confidence and skills that would later shape his career in unexpected ways.
