Defence Minister Rajnath Singh addressed NCC cadets at the Republic Day Camp in Delhi Cantt, calling the NCC India’s “second line of defence” amid growing global uncertainties. Urging youth to remain physically, mentally and emotionally strong, he highlighted NCC’s role during Operation Sindoor and its historic contributions in times of conflict. Singh said disciplined, resilient youth will be key to achieving the vision of a ‘Viksit Bharat’ by 2047.
