Emaar Properties and Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) have officially launched Expo Living, a new urban community development in the heart of Dubai South.
The new venture, formed through a strategic joint partnership, promises to redefine modern living with its exceptional residential, retail, and hospitality offerings, all aligned with Dubai’s vision for sustainable urban growth.
Expo Living, spanning a vast 451,295 square metres, is designed to be a vibrant, self-sustained community featuring high-quality residences, world-class amenities, and cutting-edge retail experiences.
Highlights of Expo Living
The first phase of the development, Terra Heights, is now open for launch, offering one- and two-bedroom apartments with open floor plans and views of lush green courtyards, giving future residents a glimpse of the dynamic, balanced lifestyle the community aims to provide.
The strategic location of Expo Living places it at the heart of Expo City Dubai, providing residents with seamless access to some of the city’s most iconic destinations. It is just a 15-minute walk from Expo City and the Dubai Exhibition Centre (DEC), which is set for a Dhs10bn expansion.
By 2031, DEC will become the largest indoor exhibition and events destination in the region, increasing exhibition space from 58,000 to 180,000 square metres.

The joint venture, covering 358,473 square metres of residential spaces within the broader 451,295 square metres of Expo Living, seeks to integrate a blend of urban living with green, serene spaces.
