First thought: God I hate people who think it isn’t worth $200 to do professional pictures EVEN if it is a cheap house. Half those pictures are like they gave some 12 year old a camera & said to just start shooting pictures. How does a competent adult think pictures 6,7,9 are the best they could do?
Second, I am confused as to what you are seeing as a red flag on “sell dates”? It shows it was sold in 2011 (Zillow) & 2013 (Realtor.com). You do know it is 2021, right? It is a $115K house. People start to make more money & can afford a bigger house.
