You start off by mixing the butter, Biscoff spread, light brown sugar and granulated sugar in a bowl.

These need to be creamed together for around two minutes.

After that, you will need to add in the egg and vanilla extract and whisk those into the mixture.

Next, you have to add the salt, cornflour and the cinnamon and whisk those in too.

Then add the plain flour and combine it into the mixture.

Ingredients

  • 115g Unsalted Butter, room temp
  • 80g Biscoff spread
  • 150g Light brown sugar
  • 100g Granulated sugar
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 240g Plain Flour

Method

  1. Mixthe butter, Biscoff spread, light brown sugar and granulated sugar in a bowl and cream together for around two minutes
  2. Add in the egg and vanilla extract and whisk those into the mixture
  3. Add the salt, cornflour and the cinnamon and whisk those in too
  4. Add in the plain flour and combine it into the mixture
  5. Scoop up around two tablespoons of the mix and place it on a baking tray
  6. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes on 160-degree heat
  7. Enjoy your cookies

You will then need to scoop up around two tablespoons of the mix and place it on a baking tray, then bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes on 160-degree heat.

Fitwaffle Kitchen fans were loving the recipe, with the post racking up more than 29,000 likes.

One exclaimed: “Wow, these look amazing,” as another added: “These look too good not to try.”
