EU to work on beneficial trade deals with US
According to an Investing report, Maros Sefcovic, the EU commissioner for trade and economic security shared this particular piece of interest on the EU’s behalf amid the ongoing trade tussle surrounding Trump’s tariffs, which could end up triggering a trade war between European countries and the United States.
Sefcovic will be relaying this message by the body to officials in the United States who could take the matter forward so that trade keeps happening smoothly between both these regions, with the intention being primarily to promote fairness, burden-sharing, and mutual benefits. as per an Investing report.
In this scenario it is likely that a resolution may be chalked out in the near future about European deals with the US, provided that the US President agrees.
