It’s wild that the chief economist is telling sellers and buyers to basically accept that sales should be instant.
I get the internet has made everything instant, but I remember 20+ years ago houses being listed for a month was not abnormal. In this interview he says you should be weary of a house listed for more than a week!
Also buried at the bottoms is that median house sale price reached a record high and listings for sale are below what they were last year.
