Returnal developer Housemarque has potentially hinted that DLC could be on the way for the critically acclaimed PS5 shooter.
In the past, Housemarque has been known for supporting its game with ample post-launch content, although in the case of Returnal, there’s been nothing apart from the usual does of updates that you would expect to help improve lingering bugs.
And, while nothing has been confirmed yet, Housemarque has posted a tweet that may hint that something is in the pipeline — or at least, that’s what a lot of us are hoping for.

Returnal was released in April 2021 exclusively for the PS5, and you can have a butchers at our full verdict here. Last month, Housemarque released a new update for the game that included a Photo Mode, while the game’s much-requested Suspend feature saw players discover a save-scumming exploit.
Will there be any Returnal DLC? We can only hope, but for now, an official announcement remains elusive.
