A sex doctor has shared her top three aphrodisiacs – and everyone has access to them.
There’s no need to fork out a fortune on fancy oyster dinners or Champagne to get your other half in the mood.
Because according to Dr Emily Morse, building intimacy is much more of a turn on.
The doctor of human sexuality, from the US, told her 474,000 Instagram followers: “My favourite aphrodisiacs include: eye contact, active listening, flirting (sorry oysters).
“Connection boosts my libido every single time.”
The relationship guru’s post garnered more than 8,100 likes – and many agreed with Emily’s message.
One commenter said: “Haha. Eye contact for sure.”
Another wrote: “Lol sorry oysters, red wine and dark chocolate but communication is way more effective.”
A third remarked: “Yes, eye contact! Something so intimate. Holding the gaze.”
And a fourth added: “So true. It is same for me.”
Others shared what gets them in the mood to get jiggy.
One Instagram user swooned: “Add smiling to the list.”
A second suggested: “Good conversation and a bottle of wine works too.”
A third commented: “It all starts with the mind. You win me and will lose me there.”
And another joked: “Hahaha, well what about chocolate covered strawberries!”
