Apparently Gen Z women have been sharing a hack to improve the strength of their orgasms using a common kitchen item.
The TikTok generation has been sharing a trick using coffee which they claim boosts the intensity of the big O.
All you need to do is down an espresso or two before heading to the bedroom for some solo time or with a lover.
But, does the sex tip actually work?
One theory behind is that as caffeine is a vasodilator which helps increase blood flow to the genitals.

Dr. Nicole E. Williams told Buzzfeed : “This means your blood vessels are more open, allowing blood to flow, well, everywhere.
“There are some studies on men and coffee, which indicate that it may help for erectile dysfunction, but as a gynaecologist, that’s not my concern.
“Unfortunately, we do not have enough study to say if downing an espresso will make a woman’s orgasm more intense.”
A 2018 study did link caffeine intake and sex in female rats which showed those who were dosed up did the deed more often.
But, there is reportedly no research on whether this will extend to humans.
Sexpert Nadia Bokody, 34, from Australia, tried it out for news.com.au.
She spoke to a gynaecologist Dr Joseph Sgroi, who said it wasn’t impossible that caffeine would enhance orgasms, but that it would likely be minor.
He added: “Blood vessels in the brain and lung tend to constrict, whilst those in the stomach tend to dilate.
“Add this to the effect on the brain as a stimulant, and you might get the sensation of improvements with your orgasms.”
However, he noted that appropriate foreplay would be far more beneficial.
And, what about Nadia – did she think it made a difference?
Nadia said: “The result? It wasn’t exactly the out-of-body experience TikTok promised, but my Big Oh may have felt a little more intense than usual.
“Or, perhaps it was more along the lines of the placebo effect Dr Sgroi hinted at?”

You should be careful when consuming caffeine as it can have some nasty side effects.
The NHS website said: “It’s fine to drink tea and coffee as part of a balanced diet.
“Bear in mind, though, that caffeinated drinks can make the body produce urine more quickly.
“Some people are more susceptible to this than others.”
Excess caffeine can also increase anxiety and cause heart palpitations.
