A SECTION of the A5 heading towards Oswestry has been closed following a crash.
The incident occurred near the Gledrid roundabout on Friday, December 2 and police have asked motorists to find an alternative route.
West Mercia Police warned motorists on Twitter about poor driving conditions.
It tweeted: “There is a road closure on the A5 Gledrid southbound following a road traffic collision involving multiple vehicles.
“The road conditions are poor and there is heavy fog.
“Please use an alternative route.”
