Snow Band Sweeps Into Texas Panhandle

A band of moderate snowfall moved into parts of the Texas Panhandle on Wednesday, January 26, creating dangerous driving conditions. Footage filmed by Twitter user @drpenn, who said it was taken in Amarillo, shows snowflakes. “An inch an hour they said,” she wrote in a tweet.
