Spinach Pasta Salad is made with fresh garden vegetables. I love spinach in anything and this salad is so good. I am adding the dressing I use on this salad but you could use any dressing or just sprinkle on some olive oil. Salads in the summer made with fresh garden produce are one of my favorite things to have for lunch. This salad will keep in the fridge for two to three days if you have any leftover but it goes quick at my house. I used bow-tie pasta in this recipe but you could use any pasta you like.
