Stacey Solomon goes for a girly shopping day without sons
Stacey Solomon treated herself to a day off from her DIY duties on Thursday.
The pregnant star, 31, has been bust transforming an old room in her Pickle Cottage into a specular nursery ahead of the arrival of her daughter in a couple of weeks.
And the Loose Women star admitted that she needed a day away from her home to pamper herself and to spend some quality time with her best pal, Mrs Hinch, as the pair headed into London to splash the cash on a shopping spree.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Stacey filmed herself getting ready to head into the capital city as she applied some lipstick in front of the camera.
The proud mum-of-three, who is expecting her second child with fiancé Joe Swash, told her 3.3 million followers that she was excited to treat herself to a pedicure and a manicure ahead of the arrival of her baby girl.
“Just in the garden getting ready. I’m leaving Joe with the baby and I’m going to go and have a ‘sort myself out’ day,” Stacey told fans.
“I’m going to get my hooves done, and my nails because they’re gross. I might get them extra-long as well because I know when I have the baby, they’ll have to be short all the time. Otherwise, I’ll have poo in my nails,” she quipped.
“I’m so excited. Happy Thursday,” Stacey went on.
The much-loved TV star made sure that she was dressed to impress as she headed for central London and she looked drop-dead gorgeous in a floral, babydoll dress.

After arriving to her beloved shops, Stacey shared a cute video with her best pal Sophie Hinchliffe as the pair pranced around the shops while swinging their shopping bags.
Alongside the video, Stacey teased that she was delighted to finally be able to shop where she wants without Joe rushing her.
“Picked this one up and told her that we deserve a day with a chance to go to the shops that the boys never let us in,” she wrote.
Stacey’s day of fun comes after the expectant mum unveiled her baby girl’s gorgeous nursery makeover.

Stacey has upped the ante when it comes to preparing everything ahead of the arrival of her fourth child.
Earlier this week, Stacey revealed that she is set to give birth in just two months’ time.
The star is already a proud mum to sons Zachary, 13, Leighton, 9, and Rex, one.
