Billionaire Elon Musk, who owns internet service provider Starlink, had preliminary talks of bringing the service to Bangladesh. Bangladesh’s Chief Advisor Muhammad Yunus announced about his discussion with Musk on Thursday (Feb 13) for the potential collaboration on a video call, where he also invited Musk to Bangladesh. Musk is a special government employee in the US, heading the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) under President Donald Trump’s administration. Musk also met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday while the latter was on a two-day visit to Washington.
