Strictly Come Dancing star Maisie Smith has had enough.
She hasn’t had the easiest week after ending up in the bottom two last weekend, and it seems things are going from bad to worse for the star.
The EastEnders actress was so worn out at rehearsals for the BBC dance show on Thursday that she “collapsed” on the floor while moaning she’s “broken”.
The 19-year-old contestant whinged at her professional Gorka Márquez after he refused to let her eat lunch following a hectic training session.
Gorka took to his Instagram Stories to film an exhausted Maisie laid out on the hard floor of the dance studio while asking: “Is it lunch yet?”
Maisie collapsed to the floor and jokingly insisted that Gorka had ‘broken her’ as she lay flat on the floor with her arms over her head.
Gorka replied: “No, we’re going to do it one more time.”
A stunned Maisie asked: “With the lifts and everything?” while drenched Gorka told fans: “I feel like I’ve been in the the shower” as he showed his sweaty shirt.
Maisie has been putting in the work trying to perfect her salsa ahead of Saturday night’s performance.
But her efforts have been short lived as rehearsals this week have been far from smooth sailing.
The flame-haired beauty took to her account on Wednesday to share a sneak peek of her upcoming performance, but instead of nailing the difficult routine, Maisie ended up flat on her face.
Gorka and Maisie finished off their gruelling dance rehearsals with a ‘floppy fish’ stretch, but clearly exhausted, the soap star fell to one side after being unable to hold herself up.
Maisie fell flat on her face but managed to poke fun at herself as she got right back up and laughed it off.
Maisie is hoping to bounce back from her bottom two battle by performing a sizzling salsa routine.
She and Gorka will perform a show-stopping routine to Better When I’m Dancing by Meghan Trainor.
Strictly Come Dancing continues Saturday at 8pm on BBC One.
