Gym-obsessed gran Lesley Maxwell often wows fans with her toned physique.
And now the 63-year-old has given them an insight into how she achieves her ripped body.
The size 8 grandmother, from Melbourne, Australia, took to her Instagram page to give fans some of her workout tips.
Addressing her 85,500 followers, personal trainer Lesley told them that it was important to never go too heavy with your weights.
She wrote: “I always treat my shoulders like gold and never go too heavy with the weights.
“Probably between 7 and 10k’s and a little heavier for rear delts.”
The gran continued: “Most of our shoulders are built from training our chest and back actually.

“It’s amazing how our body works.”

This allowed her to show off her muscly arms as she wore a black sports bra and lycra bottoms.
The gran also kept things glam as she wore false eyelashes and wore her blonde locks in a chic up-do.
Fans were loving the weight-training tip, as one exclaimed: “Thanks for the advice! I just started going back to the gym again, and you’re looking amazing by the way!!”
While another added: “Stunning fit and amazing Lesley.”

She admitted she sees the attention as a “compliment” as says that men “definitely add a spice to life.”
This isn’t the first time Lesley has shared one of her fitness tips, with the gran previously telling fans she also never skips a training session at the start of the week.
