Tales Of The Walking Dead crew member hospitalized after ‘tumbling off a riverboat and hitting a railing before plunging into lake’ in accident being investigated by OSHA
An accident that allegedly took place Monday on the set of Tales Of The Walking Dead in Atlanta, Georgia is currently under investigation.
A female crew member reportedly tumbled off the top deck of a riverboat being used for the shoot – the same one that doubles as as the casino boat on the Netflix show Ozark.
The crew member is said to have plunged into Stone Mountain Lake, hitting a lower deck railing on her way down, according to Deadline.

She is said to be a member of the International Alliance Of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE), a union that has expanded beyond theater to showbiz generally.
Now the Occupational Safety And Health Administration (OSHA) has begun looking into the alleged incident, which caused the shoot to be halted through Tuesday before restarting Wednesday.
The crew member, who is said to have recently had an operation, has not been publicly identified by OSHA, IATSE or the production company, nor has any information about her present condition been released.
A US Labor Department spokesperson said: ‘OSHA initiated an investigation into this incident, and therefore we are unable to share anything further at this time.’

Tales Of The Walking Dead is an upcoming anthology series spun off from the smash hit zombie show The Walking Dead.
The alleged Tales Of The Walking Dead accident comes less than a month after Norman Reedus injured his head on the set of the original series’ final season.
His spokesperson told Deadline: ‘Norman suffered a concussion on set. He is recovering well and will return to work soon.’

The trade publication noted that it was unknown whether he had actually been shooting a scene at the time his on-set accident took place.
Norman sustained his concussion on March 11 but announced on Instagram the following week that he would be returning to work March 22.
‘Thank u for the nice thoughts it’s been a week. or two,’ wrote Norman, who has been romantically involved with Diane Kruger since 2016.
