Mark Labbett looks to be doing well chasing the goal of slimming down – as he showed off a slim look following a healthier diet plan.
The Chase star, known as The Beast, was spotted out and about in London and has been very open about how he has got into shape.
Earlier this year the 56-year-old appeared on Loose Women to share details about his journey.
Quiz boffin Mark said: “I am gradually dropping Xs off my size. I’ve gone from 5XL to 4XL and it looks like the next time I go shopping I’ll be able to squeeze into XL underpants.
“I’ve lost 10 stone, I was 29 stone when I was a full-time teacher in 2003 and I was in danger of high blood pressure.

“I’ve been around 26 stone up until lockdown, and then a few things happened quite nicely and came together and I started losing weight.”
Mark was heaviest in 2003, weighing around 29st. He was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2016.
The diagnosis was the reason for his lifestyle change.

An eagle-eyed nurse was the one who first spotted that the star had diabetes.
“I’ve got skin that doesn’t heal properly in my lower legs,” Mark explained to Express.co.uk.
“A nurse looked at me and she asked, ‘Are you sure you’re not diabetic?’ They took a test and she said, ‘Yes, you’re diabetic.'”
The 6ft6 star had undergone a dramatic transformation earlier this year and completely revamped his diet and exercise habits.

He recently discussed how his ‘personal trainer’ golden retriever helped him shed some of the weight.
Mark spoke about his dog’s role in getting him exercising more frequently on ITV ’s The Pet Show
In the show, the quiz master spoke with Dermot O’Leary and Joanna Page about how, since getting Baloo, the adorable goldie has been a real source of inspiration for him when it comes to exercising.
He even called the adorable dog his very own “personal trainer”, and a cheap one too, as he only charges him half a carvery.
The star explained on the show: “I was walking him around the fields, taking me places… I think he’s helped a lot, simply because I’m doing more activity.”
