Astronomy
magazine Editor Dave Eicher invites you to head out on the evening of August 26 and observe the pairing of a thin crescent Moon with Mars. A good strategy is to start looking around half an hour after sunset through binoculars. You’ll easily spot the Moon. Look just to the right of it and Mars should pop out. Keep looking after twilight ends, and you’ll see both objects with just your eyes. Good luck!
