Three women have revealed what they did to improve their sex lives and they’re really simple to do yourself.
Speaking to Women’s Health, the anonymous ladies shared the one thing that boosted their performance in the sack.
One revealed that just communication helped salvage her relationship, while the other admitted lube was the way forward.

The first woman started by asking her partner what he found sexy about her.
She added: “We never think to really ask people what they find sexy because we always think we know what is sexy.
“But actually, it varies wildly from person-to-person.”
And she’s not wrong as many sexperts say that having good communication with your partner is the key to a successful relationship.

The woman said: “It means I can accentuate or focus on those things in bed and it helps me feel like a total sex goddess.
“The more confident you feel, the better sex you’ll be having.”
Another female admitted she attended an orgasm workshop during her friend’s hen which helped do the trick.
She said: “I didn’t actually realise how much I would get out of it.”
The woman added: “The session taught me all sorts of things about how orgasms work and the different types.
“The main thing I took away was that sex doesn’t actually have to end in an orgasm.
“Now I find it much easier to just enjoy sex in the moment, regardless of where it’s going to lead.”
And the last woman said her go-to in the sack was introducing lube into the bedroom – something we’ve definitely heard before.

The female admitted she never really thought about using lube until a bottle came free with a sex toy she ordered.
She explained: “We sort of used it as a joke the first time, but I immediately felt the benefits.
“In fact, it helped me self-lubricate more than normal as the feeling of it turned me on so much.
“Now I use lube all the time and have found it’s become a bit of an erotic act in itself.”
