A large number of TikTok users are taking part in a trend to determine if their significant other is cheating on them.
Labeled as “Strawberry Question”, the latest fad consists of a set of questions surrounding a situation near a strawberry field.
Several TikTok users have jumped on this test to understand their partner’s “psychology”. The results have left many users shocked.
What is the viral Strawberry Question on TikTok?
The Strawberry Question test or challenge consists of a set of questions you would ask your partner to determine their loyalty.
It begins with the question along these lines: “If you’re walking past a strawberry tree, would you eat the strawberry if you were really hungry?”
The test ends if the partner says “no”. However, if the answer is “yes”, they need to respond to the next question: “How many?”
The last question on the test is: “What if there was a fence, would you jump over it?”
Even though the questions and answers may seem doltish, the results are surprising TikTok users who have tried it, especially if their partners said yes to all the questions.
What do the test results mean?
While there is no scientific evidence to back the Strawberry Question test, TikTok users are taking part in it for fun and judging their partners based on the results.
So, if you’re partner ends up saying “yes” to all the questions, it means they would betray you.
While the psychology behind the test is uncertain, many TikTok users believe that their partner’s answer to how many strawberries they would eat is equal to the number of people they would cheat on you with.
But, if they proceed to say “no” to all the questions and choose to not entertain the test, it’s supposed to mean that they would never cheat on you.

Users react to the unexpected answers
The trend does come across as silly because the person who is being questioned has no clue what the strawberries mean and how eating the fruit is equivalent to cheating on their partners.
But, those who took part in it are having great fun sharing the results on social media.
Here’s how some have reacted to it on Twitter:
One user tweeted, “I did the TikTok strawberry question with Adrian and he didn’t know what I was referring to but he said no he wouldn’t eat the strawberries”
Another wrote, “I did the strawberry question thing from TikTok on my lil boo & he said he wouldn’t eat any of the strawberries, he’d just wait to eat until he got home”
One shared, “I asked my boyfriend the strawberry question and this man really said “as many as I can”…. I feel betrayed.”
