“There were guys underneath open,” Stafford said in his postgame news conference. “I was trying to probably do a little bit too much. I’ve just got to play within the scheme, play within myself and do that a little bit better. I felt like we kind of settled in [during] the second half. But at that point, I had done too much damage, really, early in that game to get us out of it.”
