Daily Star Online is on an orgasm quest to test what sex toys deliver the most pleasure.
This week is Womanizer’s Duo, a duo device that promises to tackle the G-spot and clitoris. Still, is it as good as it sounds?
I have tried my fair share of clitoris stimulators. Unfortunately, some feel like they are sucking the life out of your vagina in a far too intense manner. In contrast, others lack the vibrations to make the whole body shake.
Then there are the devices that promise to both suck your clitoris and hit your G-spot up – as Womanizer’s Duo sex toy promises to deliver.
But does it?
The device, priced at £179, is one of the more expensive options on the market and is classed as a high-value toy.
With this comes a lot of pressure as you expect it to rock your world. As it should.
Opening mine as it arrived, I handled the silicon toy that is much larger than any of my other clitoral stimulator and G-spot toys. It’s huge! I could barely fit it in my bedside table that caters for a whole family of sex toys.
It is also quite heavy, which makes it tiresome to use after a while. After a couple of minutes of holding this device up down there, my arm aches and more often than not, I found myself reaching for Lelo’s clitoral stimulator and G-spot tickler Enigma instead (priced at £169).
The Duo comes with ten vibration patterns and 12 intensity levels so you can level up from a gentle hum to deep rumbly vibrations.
The pulsations from the suction, while pleasing, were not as intense as I like. But, as I often say in my reviews, sex toys are a preference. Some like toys that are not too intense. Others want their entire body to shake as if they were possessed.
I like to feel like I am having an out of body experience, and I require an array of speeds and pulsations to get me there.
Don’t get me wrong, Womanizer’s Duo unique innovation called Pleasure Air Technology does stimulate my clitoris without direct contact, which is excellent for a bit of foreplay but not to get crazy with.
Saying this, somebody more new to the sex toy industry would probably love this device as you can go very gently at first.
Playing around with the toy, I turned the settings up to see if it could suck the life out of me, and it came so near, but as I said, for the price point, Lelo’s similar toy Enigma gets the job done faster.
I will say that Womanizer’s Duo allows you to change the stimulation head, which is ideal and very hygienic. Something the Enigma does lack. In the long run, you could save money, I imagine, by opting for a toy that has a changeable head.
While Duo may not be the perfect toy for me, it’s certainly not one I would tell people to avoid. So if you’re on the market for a duo toy that won’t feel like it’s sucking the life out of you, Duo could be the one.
On that note, it’s 3/5 stars from me.

Previously, I was blown away when I tried a glass sex toy for the first time.
I also tested out a posh sex toy and orgasmed so hard I saw stars on my bedroom ceiling.
And a vibrating sex toy, and it felt like a real tongue down there…
