Jeff Bezos took his much-anticipated trip to space yesterday, and memes about the flight are now flooding Twitter.
The former Amazon CEO lifted off at 14:12 BST in his rocket ship New Shepard, which was built by his own company Blue Origin and has the biggest windows of any spacecraft in history.
Alongside him on the 11-minute trip were his brother Mark, an 82-year-old woman called Wally Funk and 18-year-old student Oliver Daemen who payed an undisclosed amount for the ticket.
Following the momentous space flight, social media users have been likening Jeff to fictional villain Dr. Evil, who is played by Mike Myers in the film series Austin Powers.
With the flight suit and bald head, they do look hilariously alike, and the memes are bound to make you laugh…
