Cutting an effortlessly chic appearance, Posh Spice, 45, was dressed in a plain white T-shirt and denim jeans, teamed with her statement square-framed shades.
The media personality rounded off her look with a diamond ring and a baby blue designer handbag, which was left open as she entered the eatery.
Doting dad David also dressed down in a white top, a selection of silver jewellery and a green snapback as he wrapped his arm around the youngest of the brood.
Harper was every inch the mini-fashionista as she opted for a orange and white checked dress, tied in with dainty earrings and a heart pendant necklace.

On their trip, a source claimed David flew to Florida with his family because he has business there with his footballer team, Inter Miami.
Less is more: The media personality rounded off her look with a diamond ring and a baby blue designer handbag, which was left open as she entered the eatery
The source told The Sun: ‘David and Victoria had been planning this trip for months. David needed to be in Miami in January on Inter Miami duty because it’s the start of the MLS pre-season, and he is helping recruit new players.
‘He also hadn’t been able to get there since last March due to restrictions so it was an important trip.
‘After spending Christmas morning at their Cotwsolds home – which was Tier Two at the time – they all took Covid Tests before safely flying from a local airport via private jet to Florida.
‘Once in the US, Brooklyn was reunited with Nicola, and the two families spent some lovely quality time together. Unfortunately, and in a scenario beyond their control, since being Stateside, lockdown came into effect.
As a result of the latest lockdown, which was announced since the New Year, The Sun is reporting that the stars plan to homeschool their children remotely in the US for the next several weeks. MailOnline contacted representatives for David and Victoria for comment at the time.
According to Tier 4 rules in place that were in place over much of the UK before the New Year, travel abroad is restricted unless it is for business purposes.
With the same restrictions applying as the nation is plunged into a third lockdown, Brits currently abroad can return to the UK, but are required to isolate for five days after testing negative for novel coronavirus.
Victoria caused stirs in April, when it was revealed she used the government furlough scheme for 30 of her workers despite family’s £335m fortune
Weeks after news came to light, she reversed the plan to seek £150k in taxpayer funds for two months and insisted her team’s welfare ‘means everything’
In September, it was claimed that David and Victoria had caught coronavirus while splitting their time partying in the United States and the United Kingdom back at the beginning of March.
According to reports at the time, the football legend and his designer wife feared they were ‘super-spreaders’ after several of their staff also caught the virus, following two weeks spent jetting across the globe with their children.
Travelling from Tier 4 areas: What are the rules?
- As of Sunday 20th December, if you live in a Tier 4 area, you can only travel internationally – or within the UK – where you first have a legally permitted reason to leave home
- If you live outside a Tier 4 area you may still transit into or through a Tier 4 area to travel abroad if you need to, but you should carefully consider whether you need to do so
- In addition, you should follow the public health advice in the country you’re visiting and should look at the rules in place at your destination and the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) travel advice
- UK residents currently abroad do not need to return home immediately. However, you should check with your airline or travel operator on arrangements for returning
- For foreign nationals, if you are a resident in a Tier 4 area you are subject to the ‘Stay at Home’ regulations.
- You should not travel abroad unless it is permitted If you are visiting the UK and are in a Tier 4 area, you may return home
- You should check whether there are any restrictions in place at your destination
- Dubai is one of around ten countries which are now welcoming Brits without a quarantine on either side
- Visitors must be required to fill out a ‘health declaration’ form and provide valid health insurance on arrival
- Brits must present a negative PCR test result from within the past 96 hours, or take a test at the airport
The pair split their time between the States and the UK between March 5 and 19, travelling from Los Angeles to London to the Cotswolds to Miami and then back to the Cotswolds, with no way of knowing when in their travels they contracted the virus.
FROM THE UK TO THE US: WHEN AND WHERE DID THE BECKHAMS TRAVEL?
MARCH 1: The Beckhams begin the month in Los Angeles to watch David’s football club, Inter Milan FC and attend several networking events
MARCH 5: The family fly into London and travel to their second home the Cotswolds to celebrate son Brooklyn’s 21st birthday
MARCH 7: The group throw an extravagant £100,000 birthday party at their home with a slew of celebrity guests including Emma Bunton and Stormzy
MARCH 11: The Beckhams return to the States as they spend a week in Miami attending parties
MARCH 19: The brood – excluding eldest son Brooklyn – return to the UK to lockdown in the Cotswolds
At some point after returning home both David and Victoria develop coronavirus symptoms and quarantine for more than two weeks
JULY 13: After being tested the family jet to Puglia, Italy for a holiday after their ordeal
The Beckhams began the month in Los Angeles to watch David’s football club, Inter Milan FC take on Los Angeles FC in an away game. The group then headed out on plenty of network and schmoozing events packed with people.
Days later, on March 5, the family flew into London and then travelled to their second home in the Cotswolds to celebrate son Brooklyn’s 21st birthday.
The family held a lavish £100,000 bash on March 7 at their home, which was attended by the likes of his fiancée Nicola, Emma Bunton, Gordon and Tana Ramsay’s daughter Holly and rapper Stormzy. Following the party, the jet-setting family returned to the States as they travelled to Miami for the week.
Whilst there, David attended a swanky party attended by the likes of rapper Pharrell before overseeing business with his Inter Milan club.
Just a few days later, the family – excluding eldest son Brooklyn – returned to the UK to stay in their Cotswolds home on March 19, four days before the country went into lockdown.
However, it is claimed that upon their return the father-of-four began to feel unwell, while Victoria developed a sore throat and a high temperature soon after.
The source claimed that several of the Beckhams’ team, including drivers, bodyguards and PAs – also fell ill, ‘a couple of them very badly so’.
According to the insider, Victoria ‘really panicked’ and forced the entire family to quarantine rigidly for more than the required two week period, defined by the UK government.
It has also been claimed that, after making full recoveries, the couple checked in regularly with their team.
They allegedly sent ‘care packages’ to at least two staff members who were particularly badly affected.
The Beckhams then spent lockdown quarantined in their country manor, which boasts a swimming pool, hot tub, and of course a football pitch.
Their decision to spend lockdown in their second home angered neighbours, who accused them of being ‘selfish’.
However, the Beckhams defended their decision to spend lockdown in the country manor due to the fact they had already arrived there before the government issued the lockdown order on March 23.
Following their recovery from COVID-19, Victoria and David are said to have had swab and antibody tests to ensure they no longer had the virus, before jetting off on holiday to Greece and Italy.
