Two suspects still at large
Victoria, Texas – On November 17, 2021 at approximately 5:00 pm, two male subjects robbed the male juvenile victim as he walked along the 3100 block of E Rio Grande St. One suspect was described as a Hispanic male with black curly hair and the second suspect was described as a white male with black hair. They took the victim’s red Nike shoes and left the area in a dark colored SUV.
