Twelve people were injured in a mass shooting in Pittsburgh’s North Side early Sunday morning, and two of the victims, both juveniles, have died, police said.Watch Pittsburgh police press briefing providing an update on the mass shooting in the video player below.Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 video showed a shattered second-floor window and bullet holes in an Airbnb rental property at Madison Avenue and Suismon Street where police said the shooting happened. A car parked in the lot across the street also had bullet holes and a broken window.Police said Zone 1 officers responded to multiple ShotSpotter alerts around 12:30 a.m. in the 800 block of Suismon Street. Additional shots were being registered in the area as first responders arrived on scene, and several young people were seen fleeing, police said.”The initial investigation reveals a large party was being held at the short-term rental property, with as many as 200 people in attendance, many of them underage,” police said in a statement. “As many as 50 rounds were fired inside, prompting some party-goers to jump out the windows, sustaining injuries such as broken bones and lacerations.
