World No. 1 Novak Djokovic is one of the most talented players in the men’s game. In recent years, the manner in which the Serbian player has dominated the game is second to none. He has established a new identity for himself and looks to continue his fine form for the years to come.
The Serbian superstar Djokovic is currently in Australia, preparing for the first Grand Slam of the new season. He looks forward to adding to his already massive record at the Open, winning it previously on eight occasions. He prefers playing in Melbourne and is certainly his most successful tournament of the year.
Novak Djokovic Losses Cool as He Wrong Guessed Roger Federer
Recently, a video of Djokovic surfaced in which he is playing ‘Guess Whom’ with Andy Lee. Both Novak Djokovic and Andy Lee had to guess each other’s players. During the game, there came a point when Novak lost his cool after he chose to pick his Swiss colleague and rival Roger Federer as the calmest person. To his surprise, Andy had chosen the Serb himself as the calmest person.
After the whole episode played out, the World No. 1 player didn’t take it too well and overturned the table before he was seen walking out.
Over the years, Novak and Roger have shared a great rivalry. However, the Serb has edged past the Swiss in recent years. He has beaten Federer in three Wimbledon finals (2014, 2015, 2019). In last season’s Australian Open, Djokovic handed Federer a semi-final loss. It happened to be Roger’s last match of the season as he had to undergo second knee surgery soon after.
At the moment, the Serb is looking forward to the first Major of the new year. He will face French tennis player Jeremy Chardy in his opening round match.
