Manchester City have the chance to all but wrap up the Premier League trophy with a win against West Ham United at the London Stadium this Sunday afternoon.
Pep Guardiola‘s side currently have a three-point lead over second-placed Liverpool with two games left to play, so picking up all three points against the Hammers would see their lead at the top extend to six points.
City have responded to their Champions League semi-final exit to Real Madrid by scoring 10 goals in their last two games – five in a 5-0 win against Newcastle United and then five in a 5-1 victory away at Wolverhampton Wanderers – as they have moved closer to securing their fourth Premier League title in the last five years.
West Ham also took out the frustration of their Europa League semi-final elimination to Eintracht Frankfurt by thrashing Norwich City 4-0 last time out, so it could be a high-scoring affair in east London today.
Stay with us for all the build-up to West Ham vs Man City, followed by updates from the match itself.
