In today’s dose of happy news, Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker TJ Watt is officially engaged to girlfriend/fiance Dani Rhodes.
The NFL star took to his social media to share the merry news with the world. Posting a series of romantic as well as emotional pictures, the footballer wrote, “I am the luckiest man in the world.”
Fans swarmed the footballer’s social media handles to congratulate him.

Who is TJ Watt’s girlfriend?
TJ’s girlfriend/fiance Dani Rhodes is a soccer player who recently played for Chicago Red Stars in the National Women’s Soccer League.
The 23-year-old star is also a former teammate of TJ’s sister in law Kealia Ohai.
Like her fiance, Dani also went to the University of Madison, Wisconsin. The star graduated last December. During her time at the uni, she played for the Wisconsin Badgers soccer team for three years between 2016-19.
During her college soccer career as a senior, the star scored 13 goals in 22 games.
Steelers Depot reveals that the pair’s time at the school overlapped during 2016 before TJ started his NFL career.

Pittsburg Steelers star and Dani Rhodes’ engagement explored
The 26-year-old NFL linebacker took to his social media yesterday to share the special news with his fans. Following this his fiance Dani posted a series of pictures featuring the pair’s special moments and the gorgeous engagement ring.
The pair have been dating for years. Their oldest social media post dates back to 2016, during their college days.
Many fans took to comments to congratulate the two on their engagement.
A look at the NFL player’s family
TJ is the youngest of three boys in his family. The NFL star’s parents Connie and John Watt, are from Pewaukee, Wisconsin.
Seems like the strong and formidable genes run in the Watt family as TJ’s father was a firefighter for 25 years. His mother on the other hand was is the vice president of an independent inspections company.
As many NFL fans are already aware the Steelers’ player has two older brothers, J.J. and Derek Watt both of whom played at Wisconsin and are currently NFL stars in their own right.
JJ Watt’s wife Kealia is also a professional soccer player and TJ’s fiance Dani’s former teammate.
