Things got pretty heated on Twitter between Doja Cat and a few angry fans this week, prompting the Kiss Me More singer to go on somewhat of a rant.
Doja played in Brazil earlier in the week and, for one reason or another, the artist thought that the show wasn’t “good enough” and took to social media to apologise.
Unfortunately, the apology lead to a whole other ordeal after fans in Paraguay hit back over a cancelled festival show.

Why did Doja Cat apologise to fans in Brazil?
In the calm before the storm, singer Doja Cat took to Twitter to issue an apology to fans in Brazil.
The artist claimed that she didn’t put on a “good enough show” for fans in Brazil, before thanking them for coming out to see her.
“I don’t think I gave Brazil a good enough show tonight at all and I’m sorry for that but thank you guys for coming out I f****** love you and thank god we got another show tomorrow I promise I’ll do better. (sic),” the Like That singer tweeted.
The apology, however, sparked an uproar from fans in Paraguay over a cancelled festival show.

Paraguay fans tweet at singer
As reported by The Daily Mail, fans in Paraguay hit back at Doja Cat after cancelling a show a week before and not issuing them with any kind of apology.
The cancelled show, however, was due to a dangerous storm and flooding, though many fans were still upset.
In a now-deleted tweet, Doja wrote: “There was a storm in Paraguay, the show got canceled. When I left the next morning, there wasn’t one person outside the hotel waiting for me.”
The same outlet reports that the singer continued with a string of tweets that are now deleted following comments from upset fans: ” I can’t wait to f***** disappear and I don’t need you to believe in me anymore.”
She then topped off the tweets with: “This s*** ain’t for me so I’m out. Y’all take care”, and changed her Twitter name to ‘i quit’.
Doja Cat still set to play Brazil show
According to TMZ, sources close to Doja say that she is still set to perform at her Brazil show (March 25th), despite prior tweets.
The same source says that the artist is “looking forward to it.”
