Jeff Wittek has announced he decided to exit The Roast Of Bryce Hall amid David Dobrik’s involvement in the video.
As fans will recall, Jeff went through surgery after a scary accident in 2020 involving him and David which left Jeff’s face scarred while he almost lost an eye.
The YouTubers seemed on good terms in early 2022 but Jeff recently said he was “done being fake friends” with David.

Jeff Wittek exits Bryce Hall’s roast
Taking to Twitter this week, Jeff announced his departure from The Roast Of Bryce Hall, which premieres on Friday, February 25th.
The video will feature several YouTube and TikTok stars including Tana Mongeau and Jason Nash, who will poke fun at Bryce.
In a tweet, Jeff wrote he asked for his part to be cut because of “David Dobrik’s involvement”.
Bryce responded with “did I miss a chapter?” to which Jeff replied: “I chose to have my set cut. They tried to remove half my jokes. This was supposed to be a comedy show!”
“I didn’t say anything I wouldn’t say in my own YouTube videos or podcasts,” Jeff added.
HITC has reached out to Jeff Wittek and David Dobrik for comment.
The YouTuber’s announcement comes after he claimed David hadn’t called to check up on him after his most recent surgery.
As reported by Sportskeeda, a fan asked the YouTuber: “Has David messaged you to see if you’re ok?”
Jeff replied: “Not a text or nothing” and added he was “done being fake friends”.

Jeff’s accident
In May 2021, Jeff opened up about the accident during a vlogging in Utah that left him with an eye injury.
Members of David’s Vlog Squad took part in a prank video in which Jeff got swung over a rope on an excavator in a one-foot deep lake. David was driving the excavator.
But things escalated when the swinging increased, which led to Jeff flying towards the camera.
In a 2021 video from Jeff’s documentary series, David said he “didn’t know how to navigate (the excavator) properly”.
He added: “I want to be clear, obviously I didn’t do it on purpose. The last thing I wanted was to launch somebody in the water. It was an accident and it’s one of the worst kinds of accidents.”
