Things can get a bit awkward when you accidentally send something to a group chat when you didn’t mean to.
And that’s exactly what happened to TikTok user Riley when she accidentally sent an X-rated message to a family group chat.
The family were discussing the fact that Riley’s aunt’s dog was seriously unwell.
As can be expected, the general themes were well-wishes and condolences to said aunt, who was obviously distraught at the prospect of losing her furry companion.
However, Riley accidentally posting a photo of a joke, which read: “Sometimes you eat the a**. Other days, the a** eats you.”
After realising her mistake, she quickly exclaimed: “OMG. WRONG CHAT. Wow, I’m so sorry.”
She then had to awkwardly explain to her family how to manually delete the message from their phones.
But by doing so, she shared screenshots of how to do it, meaning the dirty joke kept on reappearing.
Eventually, one family member asked: “How do I turn off notifications for a group chat that’s out of control?”

While a fourth added: “They’re so dramatic, bye.”
