A blogger who is known for spreading body-positivity has been praised by her fans yet again.
The Instagram influencer, known as Loz Fitness, has a huge following of 52,400 fans on her social media page.
She often shares side-by-side snaps to prove an important point online – and posts her workouts too.
Now in one of her latest uploads, the UK-based blogger shared an incredible three-year transformation.
Loz was trying to promote the importance of choosing the right path to achieve your weight loss goals.
She said: “Don’t give up, stay focused. Work on yourself.”
“Three years apart and the progress I’ve made is far more than physical. I’ve been on one hell of a journey…”
She opened up about the start of lockdown when she began her journey but “not in the right way”.
Loz added: “I was fooled into believing 1,200 calories was the goal, and that HIIT was the best way for fat loss.
“I remember being so confused about what I should be doing. I really had no idea!
“I started following many people online, trying to build up my knowledge on everything.”
She said since she began to research she discovered the “true secret” to fat loss and weight gain.
The influencer spoke about the Harris Benedict equation which lets you calculate the calories to maintain, bulk and cut.
She continued: “Now I had my food under control, I moved onto fixing my workouts.
“The 5 HIITs a week were effective yes, but not as effective as weight lifting. I started doing gentle weights, high reps & low weight.”
