A POWERLIFTING family that used to be known as the strongest in the world are completely unrecognisable now with the kids all grown up.
The Best family were dubbed the “strongest family in the world” back in 2013 and weight trained up to 140 hours each week. So what do the musclebound family look like now?
9 years on the family are completely transformed with Dylan and Jessica fully grown adults.
Dylan, who turned 21 recently, is far different from the young boy who had viewers gawking at his strength.
The young man has grown up to be nearly as tall as Nick, sports stubble and while he does not appear to be especially muscular, still looks in good shape.
Daughter Jessica is similarly grown up and unrecognisable from the tiny tot with superhuman strength, looking like a young version of her mother.
Like her brother she doesn’t seem to be intent on living a rigorous strongwoman lifestyle and becoming musclebound.
Back in 2013, the family did stir up controversy with some claiming that children lifting heavy objects for hours can result in stunted growth.
Dad Nick competed in the famous World’s Strongest Man competition and met his wife Callie in weight training competitions.
The kids were hugely impressive though with 11 year old Dylan able to lift over 130 pounds and 5 year old Jessica smashing out one handed push ups with ease.
Despite being older, parents Nick and Callie are the two who have kept up their intense muscle building lifestyle.
Callie regularly posts workout videos on her Instagram account while hulking Nick also shares his impressive feats.
The strongman has a massive 374k followers on Instagram and recently showed that age is just a number.
The 53 year old performed an astonishing round of 500lb deadlifts, done for a total of 50 reps, broken down into 5 sets of 10 reps each.
