Hi there,
Working on buying a house in the south east and it’s a great location and home. The inspection revealed a small horizontal crack in the foundation which is alarming. Working on getting someone to check it out soon, but wanted to get thoughts on if I’m overreacting. In this market it’s a challenge to get a structural engineer to verify everything is good prior to deadlines.
