April 7th marks National Beer Day in the US, a day which is celebrated due to the Cullen-Harrison Act going into effect back in 1933 on this very date.
The Cullen- Harrison Act made the selling of low-alcoholic beverages like beer and wine in the United States legal again.
National Beer Day is actually celebrated on a different date in other countries, for example, in the UK it is celebrated on June 15th.
