MANILA, Philippines — Manila 2nd District Representative Rolando Valeriano has called on government employees, especially those in uniformed services, to uphold high moral standards and respect family values.
His statement comes in the wake of the case of resigned Senior Fire Officer 2 Reyca Janisa Palpallatoc, whose license as a registered nurse is under review following allegations of immorality.
