MANILA, Philippines — Two weather systems will bring scattered and isolated rains in Metro Manila and the rest of the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Sunday.
Weather specialist Grace Castañeda said the northeast monsoon or amihan is affecting the rest of Luzon including the National Capital Region.
