MANILA, Philippines — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority announced the suspension of the number coding scheme on Wednesday, January 29, due to Chinese New Year festivities.
The MMDA expects heavy traffic in Binondo, Manila and Banawe, Quezon City where parades and special performances will be held.
