THE number of individuals affected by floods triggered by the shear line has breached the 100,000 mark, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said Sunday.
The NDRRMC said 107,329 residents or 29,528 families in 116 villages in Palawan and Oriental Mindoro were affected.
