MANILA, Philippines — Several towns in the province of Laguna announced on Thursday that they are suspending classes for Friday, March 7, because of the high heat index.
Santa Cruz, Laguna Mayor Edgar San Luis said that all face-to-face classes will be suspended for a week, from March 7 to 14.
