Weather conditions across the Philippines for Friday, March 14, will be cloudy with scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms due to the easterlies.
State weather bureau Pagasa in its 4 a.m. advisory said that Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rains or thunderstorms.
