PANGASINAN 6th District congressional candidate Gilbert Estrella has asked the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to dismiss the disqualification complaint for vote buying filed against him by incumbent Rep. Marlyn Primicias-Agabas, which he described as baseless and malicious.
He said that the accusations lacked any specific details, evidence, or credible witnesses.
