The intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) and the easterlies would bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across the country, state weather agency Pagasa reported before dawn Friday.
Pagasa’s 4 a.m. weather bulletin indicated that the ITCZ would particularly bring scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Mindanao while the easterlies would be affecting the rest of the country.
