Parts of the Philippines will have cloudy skies, scattered rain showers, and thunderstorms brought about by the easterlies, state weather bureau Pagasa said.
In its 4 a.m., Feb. 3, weather forecast, Pagasa said that Bicol region, Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Oriental will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms.
